Legislation
According to the legislation concerning air protection, the dispersion analyses and expert reviews are the obligatory part of the application for decision to the appropriate air protection authority. Certification is required for placing very large, large or medium stationary sources of pollution and also in the following cases:
- construction of new production impacting on air
- construction of new technologies impacting on air
- incineration of waste for production of installation, materials or products polluting or likely to pollute the air
- production of new technologies, products or installations used for air protection
Dispersion studies are usually produced as an enclosure to EIA documentation, planning permission or IPPC. According to the air protection legislation, this work can be performed only by person holding the appropriate licence. AMEC s.r.o. expert have the qualification according to the Air protection Act No 86/2002 Col.
